The Body Burn Program have been developed in conjunction with leading women’s health experts and local physiotherapists.

Mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 12 months (or older if they are happy staying relatively still for an hour!). The sessions combine cardio workouts, strength exercises and plenty of resistance based exercises that will help you regain your core strength.
Bring bub in your pram or bring a play mat for them each training session – You will never be very far away from your bub. As well as taking away the fuss and cost of child minding, we find that the bubs particularly love watching mums work-out.
All of our sessions are safe for new Mums and the intensity of the exercises can be varied to suit any level of fitness and ability as well as any postnatal pelvic floor concerns. We always encourage you to listen to your body and not push yourself too far, too fast.
At Body Burn, we want you to get a great, safe workout, whilst having fun and meeting like-minded Mums. A happy, healthy and supported Mum is a good Mum.
Please note, there are no formal child-carers at training at this stage and bub remains your responsibility at all times.
